The service
Clean Switch moves your newsletter from Beehiiv to the destination platform you choose. What is included is defined by the tier you purchase, as described on our pricing page.
Scope and additional work
Work outside your tier, such as additional automations or lists above the tier limit, is quoted separately and only begins once you approve the quote.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information on the intake form.
- Grant access through team invitations. Never share passwords.
- Own the new platform account and pay its subscription directly.
- Cancel your Beehiiv subscription. We will tell you when it is safe to do so.
Fees and payment
Starter Move and Full Move are one-time fixed fees, paid in advance through Stripe. Paid-Subs Move requires a 50% deposit, with the balance due before cutover. We do not charge any ongoing subscription.
The missing-nothing guarantee
If any active subscriber or published post is missing after cutover, we will fix it at no cost or refund your fee in full. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of cutover.
What is not covered
- Beehiiv Ad Network income, Boosts and other platform-specific features.
- Historical open and click data.
- Unsubscribed and bounced addresses, which are removed as required by law.
- Open rates or deliverability beyond correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fee you paid for that migration.
